Vintage Powermaster Olympian weight plates. 45lbs. each. These are my babies. Great for hub lifting, and farmers walks! I use these for forearm static holds because of the nice inner rim. I use 1 plate and sit on the end of the weight bench and do the Ryan Humiston bus driver exercise for side delts! Time to downsize my collection. Look at all photos for any flaws or imperfections.
