So whimsical and rare! This vintage romper was made by a Dutch clothing company called Mini Mexx founded in 1986. Their older pieces are quite difficult to find, especially in the US.
This romper features a soft dark blue velour with a red petal-like red collar. The theme seems to be the Frog Prince, a German fairy tale. The embroidery features a frog wearing a crown looking out toward a castle. The details are just so precious!
