Backpack has issues but still usable and fixable. I am just not that handy. Ears are in euc with the tags cut off. You get both. See all photos. Ear holder strap inside is broken but does not affect the use of the ear pocket. Inside is perfect and no smells. I used it a few times after I purchased used and it has not had any further damage.
