Item is incomplete, but does include extras. Item has been used and shows wear. The battery compartment for the lights/sounds was/is corroded and was cleaned, but residue remains. Item still works well as shown in the video. Some of the stickers on the flags are peeling up a little on the edges or are torn. All moving parts work well. Item is generally clean, but as this is a used item, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting/polishing. See pictures for more details.
