This is a Procosplay dress that was hand painted and altered with a different cape and sleeves. Has a nice brooch attached instead of the cheap one that came with. For someone SMALL. I am 34-24-34, it barely goes over my hips, but is comfortable once it's on. (A replacement with a longer zipper would fix this)
There are fairy lights in the sleeves.
It's sturdy, and looks fantastic in photos, but the sleeve and cape sewing is not professionally done whatsoever. So do be aware of that.
There's some makeup on the neck, but it's been sprayed down clean.
Includes main dress and forearm sleeves. No wig or boots.
