I bought this from a lovely lady in the Pacific Palisades ($$$$)(Tom Cruise has/had a home there!) She was from Australia but moved to California, her husband had an international job. She had high quality antiques, including a Chinoiserie chest I believe has Chippendale marks! I hope!
She was downsizing. Anyway, based on the above, I’m confident in the value. Now it’s my turn to downsize! Research for me has been difficult- this could be 18th century, 19th or 20th. Platter below is 8 inches long.
No marks, no issues. Almost 3 pounds.
