50% wool, 38% polyester, 12% nylon. The knit has stretch.

No lining.
Elastic waist.

Waist (flat) 31.5cm. Stretches to about 45cm with the elastic.
Hips (flat) 49cm. Stretches because it's knit.
Length (longest part) approx. 90cm.
