Nearly all on the market are sold black or dark brown with a thick crusted layers of dirt and tarnish. To restore to this level takes hours of meticulous work and exposure to hazardous materials, that is why it is so uncommon to find in this condition and why even the most brave flippers don't attempt it. Comps are posted in gallery but do see for yourself how rare it is to find hardware this bright and clean AND not eroded!!!
