Everything works and looks amazing; the only thing that needs attention is the track pad because every now and then it has problems clicking so it's best to just double tap the surface of the pad instead of physically pressing it down. This is the only reason why I'm selling it so cheaply.
The screen has no scratches & it has had a screen protector since day 1, the top outside lid has a small scratch that I didn't even notice until I started taking pictures.
Comes with all Microsoft Office Programs that are Lifetime Licensed. I also added an extra charger because the original one works when it wants to lol.
