This is a very rare Italian silver tone from back in the day. She sounds great, and is something to brag about. The holes that are present on the top was from the screws on the pickgiard.I'd rather leave it off but if you want it back on you can find the typical pick guard that goes on them very easily. It has a bolt-on neck and I've had it for about 15 years. Don't hesitate to ask anything you need to know.
