A ratchet binder like no other! Has a fold-down handle allowing for ratcheting in tight spaces and then folds down out of the way.

To be used with higher grade alloy tie-down chains: grades 100, 80, and 70.

Rated at 12000 Lbs.

Like any machine with moving parts, threads must be lubricated at all times, note: eye bolts are pinned so threads cannot completely back out, this ensures that minimum required thread contact is always achieved, red stripe warning on threads
