Wanting to pull with your FJ40, how about an extra tow point? This is a bolt on FJ40 receiver hitch. This hitch bolts on to the existing rear crossmember where the 4 holes are located. Uses standard 2" receiver and has provision for safety chains. This hitch is built of meaty plate and comes with durable high-gloss black powder coat finish, co-cured in a rust-resistant liquid aquence coating, so the durability is Superior. We use this hitch on our FJ40's. Works great when combined with a receiver hitch step. This hitch is really a must have if you are driving a FJ40. This hitch easily exceeds the tow rating of your FJ40. It is rated for Weight Carrying Capacity 4000, Tongue Weight 400.
We have also found that this hitch fits on 80 series without a receiver hitch installed. Quick and easy hitch for your Cruiser Wagon.
Square bolt pattern is roughly 3 3/8" x 1 3/4" bolt hole center to bolt hole center and comes powder coated black.
